Material and machine preparation time should also be taken into account before formal production. The preparation time of the machine is very short, because the equipment of the injection moulding factory is used almost every day, so only the workers need to check whether the machine can work properly. If the customer comes with the material, then the preparation time of the material can be saved. If the customer needs the manufacturer to prepare the material, the manufacturer will prepare the material as soon as possible and strive for the shortest time to start the injection processing.
Do not save two hours in the process. One is the injection time, which determines the quality of injection products, it will affect the accuracy of product size. Another is the cooling time, which determines the density of the product, but this time is not necessarily too long, as long as the product is fully cooled down. The whole processing cycle is still very short.
